Chat is provided by both Kent Stark librarians as well as other librarians in the KSU system. The chat box (like the one to the right) is embedded throughout the library's website. Just type in your name (or leave it blank, if you want o remain anonymous), ask a question, and click on the Star Chat button. A librarian will promptly respond and assistant you.
Walk-in help is available at the library's two service desks on the first floor. Each desk has dedicated staff ready to answer your questions. The service desks are staffed during regular library hours. THE LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Users may call the library's main number 330-244-3330 to ask circulation, reference and operational questions. PHONE SERVICE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Research appointments are available from Stark Campus librarians. Librarians will assist users to identify and find relevant resources for research projects and papers. Fill-out the research appointment form to schedule a consultation. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CONDUCT IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS WHILE THE UNIVERSITY IS CLOSED. PLEASE USE OUR CHAT SERVICE.
